I think the employees at Dog Diggity may be pulling on the pups hard and causing throat damage. I take my dog to daycare rarely; maybe once or twice a month. The last 3 months when my girl has come home after daycare shes had symptoms of a collapsed trachea. The condition was confirmed last month by her vet. These symptoms occurred when I last took her to Dog Diggity in late February and early March and now they are back. I gave her 3+ weeks to heal after the initial diagnosis and she was fine. When I had her stay overnight at Dog Diggity las week she was entirely set back and is now fully symptomatic again. Shes having trouble barking, swallowing food, and breathing when excited. I cant take her back in good conscience, so Ill be finding another daycare for my girl. It is sad but necessary. I dont think you can trust the staff to deal with large (60lb) dogs appropriately.

Management is trash and employees and management are vaping in dogs rooms. They are not taking care of the dogs here and should be held accountable. When you do say something they act like theyre completely innocent.

Took my puppy for a temperament test in December after she was spayed. I filled out the necessary paperwork and when i dropped her off i told them that her energy may be even more high than normal due ti her being home recovering for weeks after her procedure. I was told when i picked her up that she wasnt a good fit because shes super hyper. That sounded crazy to me. Thats the point of wanting to take your dog to daycare to get all that energy out. I was under the impression that whoever that guy name was that told me this just didnt want to deal with a dog thats super playful & in that case working a foggy day care probably isnt a good choice. If you have a puppy full of energy go somewhere else

Business Response on Google Mar 26th, 2024
Avalon Perez we have searched our system to check on who your dog is and when you would have had them at Diggity so that we could possibly address your comment and issues, however we can't find you in our system as ever having had your dog stay with us....maybe you are mistaken as to which facility you are reviewing since you have never used Dog Diggity. The issues of which you speak such as our staff and care of dogs are very off base for our strongly held high quality standards. Please check your facts before giving a derogatory slanderous business review. We will be reporting this to Google.
