Thank you so much for all your help getting me to my Special Day! It was such a Pleasure working with you. All of the florals were AMAZING! When my bouquet was delivered I got emotional because of how Beautiful the flowers were (and 1 week later its still just as Beautiful). You truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! My wife says the flowers are stunning! Bloom Works brightened her day while traveling for business during her birthday. She has a mild dairy allergy and they followed my directions about delivering dark chocolate! Bloom Works did a nice job with my order!

Ordered flowers on Monday 3/13 to be delivered on Monday 3/20. They delivered them next day Tuesday 3/14 and luckily recipient was at address. Left a review on website with my email and no response.
3/20 UPDATE:
While I still have heard no response, they did send a second order of flowers on original delivery date and added extra gifts confirmed by recipient. Thank you for correcting the mistake.

Jennifer Viscosi, one of the ladies that work there, helped me in the delivery of a goodies basket to my boyfriend. It was our anniversary and the whole thing was planned to be a surprise. Jennifer and her team made sure that everything was taken care of and made our day so special. Talk about a customer service!! Would 100% recommend!
