The weather on this day in particular was very gusty and cold which may have led to your item being damaged and your card message missing. Our drivers have over 10 years of delivery experience, and we strive to provide excellent service from start to finish. Despite having other orders in your area, we circled back 2 hours later to find the arrangement still outside. For Valentine’s Day, all our flowers were freshly picked from our garden, not shipped. It's worth noting that your history of placing last-minute floral orders 10 minutes before closing, coupled with your location 49 minutes from our store, may have contributed to this issue. We've proudly accommodated your requests for years, but fulfilling a last-minute order on the busiest day of the year was challenging, yet we managed to make it happen. Please be advised initially you ask for pickup and paid for delivery at 3:47pm and we still accommodated you. Again, we apologize for your experience
