I brought four dresses in there - 3 simple dresses with no lining and one evening dress with sequins and lining. The girl I spoke to was very nice, but she shakes her head and says their tailor is not this location . I asked then why it says tailoring on the door and then she said the tailor comes in at 1. I come back and the next girl was also very nice, but without even unfolding my dresses, quotes me $28. $28 for a simple side hem is crazy. I asked why so high and this girl says, well, they have to rip the stitching (yes, that is the first part of most any alteration) and send it out for tailoring. I left and went to Lee's Tailor and they charged $16. I don't know why, but this place does not want your tailoring business, just dry cleaning. They should take the tailoring sign out of the window.

I regret choosing them for dry cleaning my curtains. First, the curtains shrank by 3 inches, which exceeded my expectations for shrinkage. Second, the crease job during pressing was poorly done, leaving visible the original creases. Despite the speedy service (2 days) and reasonable cost, I now face a ~$200 loss for the curtains. I hesitate to return for clarification, given another reviewer on Yelp mention of nonexistent compensation, especially after dealing with managers. Although I initially found customer service good, I was puzzled by inconsistent staff answers. During my initial inquiry, I was told the cost depended on the curtains and an estimate required bringing them in. However, when I brought them in a few days later, I was quoted $29.17 as a standard cost without an evaluation.
