I made an appointment for a haircut in advance at 10:30 am, I arrived at the time agreed upon in the appointment, I waited half an hour because the store opened at 11:00 am, they never sent an email saying that the store opened at 11 :00 am, it was a rainy day and I had to wait for the store to open 5 minutes before 11:00 am, they canceled the appointment for which I waited, I went in to see if I could solve something, and the stylist said she couldn't assist me because she had canceled the appointment (WITH A NOT PLEASANT ATTITUDE), there were no other customers, they had just opened because they allow appointments to be made at times when the store is closed without warning!! I lost my day of work to go to the appointment! PERSONALLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS DUE TO INCOMPETENT STAFF!
