Ulta Salons have gone downhill. Was just in the Poyner Place location and the stylist there was very rough/aggressive when washing my hair. Instead of setting my head back in the porcelain wash bowl she just let go and dropped it. The back of my head hurts and worse when touched. Im pretty sure its bruised from this. Also while brushing my hair it was like she kept banging the brush to my head. Didnt listen to anything as to the way I wanted my haircut. It looks worst then it did when I went in. At least the color was good. Will definitely NOT be coming back.
