Several visits required to buy a car-Yup Sneaking things in the contract to slip past you for more $-You bet Losing the wheel key and charging you to get wheels off-Check Keeping the car for a week for an oil change with no rental-Sure Refusing to quote on services-That's just how we do business

I purchased a previously owned vehicle on October 5. I still have not received the title for the vehicle (as of November 12) so cannot register it. The temporary tag expired on November 5, so I cannot drive the car without risking a violation for operating an unregistered/unlicensed vehicle. Very unprofessional behavior by this dealership. Late update: the title for my recently purchased vehicle finally arrived in late November. Perhaps my review encouraged the dealership to find a solution.
