I have dealt with them on a couple times now and what I would say YOU won't be disappointed in there customers service and their work and professionalism and their truthful I would give them a 20 star rating if I could..and steven rudder the service advisor has always gone above and beyond my expectations take it from someone who's been in customers business for over 20 years they are the best!!!

I recently took my car back to car fixed for a fresh set of brand new tires along with new front rotors and oil change and an alignment. Everything was done very well, and they went as far as well as to accommodate me with new tire replacements for once I actually wanted, and no additional cost to me. I certainly appreciate them doing that, and especially Steven who did work with me on that. My car runs solid, smooth, and the pickup has a specialty improved as well. So, thanks guys.

This is my third time to Carfix. The staff consistently exhibited exceptional customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and took the time to address my concerns. The service was efficient, and each time I left, I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Highly recommended.
