I have lived in several properties around the triangle area and this is by far one of the nicest one I ever lived on. The amenities are great, quiet neighborhood, everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful from the leasing staff to the apartment maintenance crew. Things get fixed quickly and you have the option of renting garages which most complex do not have. Great overall experience living here so far!!!

The Village apartments is the best apartment complex I lived at since moving to NC. The maintenance staff is great. Lease staff is awesome and very helpful. Definitely recommend living here.

Recent new resident..
Very happy with location, lots of trees and birds. Landscaping maintenance done extremely well. I have a "half" renovated 2 bedroom. So kitchen appliances and countertops need an upgrade and no microwave which was a disappointment. But was very clean. Lovely lounge area, Staff very nice. Just a little bit of non-communication with paperwork. Beautiful pool and sitting area and grills. Nice dog park. Donuts every thursday! And community events every month! I love the mailbox area and Amazon hub.

I've been living at the Village since I moved to Raleigh almost three years ago. I love the location as it's close to I-540 and an easy drive downtown. The community is very quiet, clean, and beautifully landscaped. Melissa and her team are amazing! They respond promptly to any concerns and are very friendly and approachable. They've also been extremely helpful when I've chosen to transfer apartments and made the transfer process easy. The Maintenance Team typically responds to requests within 24-48 business hours and they have a 24-hour emergency maintenance request line. One of my personal favorite perks is the dog park! With two dogs in an apartment, walking around can get boring, but the dog park allows them to stretch their legs and meet friends! They also have a children's play area, two gym areas, a pool, and many outdoor grills available! Everything I need is close (walking distance!), from grocery stores to gas stations to restaurants. This community has embraced me and my two dogs seamlessly and I'm happy I found it when I made the move!
