Anyone that is thinking of moving here DONT they do not even have enough parking for all of the residents and most of the spots are reserved and each one only gets one spot which makes no sense for families. The rental office is a nightmare as well so STAY AWAY!!!!

Over priced, loud neighbors, thin walls. Garages underneath bedrooms is a terrible idea

I have lived in five complexes and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I stayed in my apartment for 13 months. I had two maintenance requests in for weeks up until move out (I went to get screenshots of it but they deleted my tenant account). They make you park very far from your building with little to no guest parking. There was at least two roaches A WEEK in my apartment. When I requested extermination they advised they also lived on the property and roaches are just normal here. The maintenance man who came to my apartment for a leak shortly after my move in said that the team they hired to update the apartments did a very poor and cheap job and it shows. They only gave me 50 dollars of my security deposit back with no explanation and no way of contacting them. I left my apartment clean and no issues except maintance issues which I filed a month before with no assistance. I shouldve gotten my full deposit but am not shocked they found a way to cut off contact and just give me a portion back. The office staff is rude and does not care about tenants. The neighbors were just as bad. There were three shootings on my street alone, one of which the bullets had a polic marker right at my window for investigation. The office released a statement on the first one and then ignored the rest. They block of the one entrance to your road without notice and you will not ever get the help you need. I strongly advise you do not choose this location to live.
