        Zakya, Carlos, and Hans were responsive and amazingly solution-oriented in fixing my Sink/dishwasher issue. Not only did Z, take proactive measures to call and get commitment from her teammates...they came and drove my troubles down the drain

        This place staff is awesome. Micah was the reason I joined this community from first impression till today he has been professional, utmost courteous and helpful. Kiya, Jennifer and Fernando all are always there to assist any client and future residents. There maitainence staff Carlos and Habibi are prompt and know their craft. This is an amazing place to stay in Raleigh as I am new here from florida. Plan to stay here as they make it feel like home thanks guys

        Leasing agents are great and super easy to work with. However, management is not. Definitely do not live here if you dont want management allowing people to enter your apartment with NO NOTICE! All youll get is a Im sorry theres nothing I can do about it now. Very unprofessional and very invasive of residents privacy.
