Just moved here and this place is GREAT! Mary and Olivia were very helpful during the moving process and helped with all issues I had as a new resident. This community is also great, leasing office is professional, amenities and the pool is amazing, people are respectful and nice. I love it here!

Had a great experience living here!! Far above the majority of big brand apartment complexes. Grubb has done a great job as the apartments are the most well built Ive seen. And shoutout to the awesome staff, especially Tonya! You are in good hands here.

Residences Glenwood Place is a new well-designed complex with beautiful amenities, such as the pool and gym, and outdoor grills with a beautiful courtyard. They really went above and beyond with the construction and design of the building, it has many nice touches! The maintenance team for this complex is great. When I encountered an issue with my sink, Ryan promptly responded to my request for assistance. His professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor were truly exceptional. Also shout out to Alex that teaches the Zumba classes hosted at the apartment gym! Really enjoying it! The leasing office has been very communicative and professional, and I appreciate their transparency about new building issues that happen from time-to-time. Overall, Residences Glenwood Place provides a remarkable living experience with a great location near downtown and the mall, and easy access to the greenway.

My husband and I have lived here for about two months and within those two months the fire alarms has gone off no less than 4-5 time. Once for an hour during Christmas Eve in freezing temperatures. I understand that it is a safety precaution but it is getting out of hand. No one is going to believe the alarms are real when it happens so often. Had to edit my post because it happened TWICE today. The latest one currently going on. Started at 11:40 pm with no sign of stopping at 12:17. This is such a lack of respect for anyone that has to work, has kids or is an elderly person. This has been such a nightmare to deal with and nothing from the front office aside from sorry emails. Please keep your sorrys and fix the situation.
