The communication from management and the way they maintain the building makes it seems like they actually dont want anyone to live there.

This building has a lot problems from the elevators being constantly out of service, fire alarms going off for no reason, building/mail room access always broken, packages get lost/stolen, etc. The cherry on the top is the property management, pretending as if it is not their incompetence that has ruined this building over the past few years, and it not their job and responsibility to take care of the property. I am sure dictionaries soon put Berkshire and their management as the new definition for slum/slumlord. As of writing this review, the fire alarm has been activated for 7 hours on a Sunday due to a pipe issue, and no one gives a remote ****.

Absolutely no hours details on Google maps, so rocked up to a notice saying they are Virtual on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. So basically, we dont care about our prospective tenants, which roughly translates, in my mind. To Danger. Were definitely not gonna care once we have you under contract.

Good luck keeping your residents. NO ONE SHOULD LEASE FROM HERE. Truly disappointed to hear that the company has put the former manager of this building, who has been nothing but rude, and who has run this place into the ground as the resident retention manager. What a slap in the face and an utter joke to everyone who lives here. Safe to say we can't wait to leave. Had she been nice and on top of things we would have easily opted into staying here as long as possible. We love the area, but there are many other buildings with much better management and without the MANY issues that this building has. From insanely rude management, homeless people living in building, constant fire alarms, floods, paint splatter all over the apartment floor, trash rooms that smell like death, broken mirrors in gym, broken pool, management that takes forever to respond to emergencies..etc the list is literally endless. Hopefully we can at least use the pool a bit before we'll have to move. Every summer the pool is drained or literally green! Why are we paying for prime location and amenities when we can't use half of them. If the management was at the very least kind it would help a little.
