My wife and I purchased a wedding band and when we made the purchase we were pressured to purchase a warranty for the band. When sizing my ring Jareds did it incorrect. After taking the ring multiple times (we live in waxhaw so its out of our way) because it was never correctly fixed only cleaned my wife was told the warranty would no longer cover anything. STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I will be reaching out to the BBB. Again stay away

My husband took his wedding band to Jared's to be sized and they contacted us to tell us that they had destroyed his ring. They offered to replace it, but have yet to do so. We have been attempting to work with Natalie and Carl to address this problem and have been met with TERRIBLE customer service. Not only did they destroy his ring, but never once did they even apologize or acknowledge the sentimental value that has been lost because of their mistake. Natalie's attitude has been nothing but rude and condescending. On our last visit, she was confrontational and proceeded to lectured us instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of destroying our wedding ring which I find absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Months later and still no replacement ring. UNACCEPTABLE!!! We are in the process of contacting Jared's corporate office to settle this matter. We have been loyal customers for years and this is by far the worst experience.
