        Rooms need updating. Free breakfast was pretty lame. Rooms: room & bathroom were outdated. towels felt like sandpaper. was in a nice quiet area.

        Service is friendly and capable, and it's a short drive to Pinehurst village and golf courses. The rooms are clean but a bit tired, and will benefit from the planned 2024 refresh. A safe choice that fits the budget.
