I had a fantastic experience at the Hyundai in Wilkesboro. My son has a Hyundai that had a defective turbo. We took it in and they promptly go the part in and repaired the vehicle. They were good at communicating and keeping us informed.

It took forever to receive the parts when I was told a week, it was over a month but that I can understand. What I dont understand is I was told $600, that price didnt include the labor which I thought was deceiving. I asked for two things to be fixed, one I cant test until its cold, the other was my auto shut off which still is not working..

Staff is very friendly but not overbearing and pushy as you find some dealerships can be but are knowledgeable and do not care to answer any questions you may have. We stopped to inquire about a vehicle that is right now pre ordered only other than one they have there in the lot for customers to look at and test drive. The sales rep took our info and said she would inform us as soon as the next 11 pre ordered vehicles were to arrive on their lot of which 7 are spoken for through a pre orders but she is to let us know the details on the other 4 prior to them arriving so that we can make a better informed decision. I Highly Recommend This Dealership Due To Their Willingness To Assist You With Making An Informed Decision Prior To Choosing To Make A Rather Large Investment In A Pre Ordered Vehicle.

Went there today to look at a Hybrid. Ended up trading my car and drove it home. Everyone was very nice and made it easy. As usual, it took a while, but I was very happy in the end.

In this current crazy car market chip shortage they made the purchase of our new car extremely easy. Doc was our salesman and he was fantastic. It was hard to find the vehicle we wanted, but after a couple weeks of calling around to different dealers, we found Hyundai of Wilkesboro and I am so happy we did. Not only were we able to deal entirely over the phone, they delivered the car over 8 hours to us for free! Who does that? We are elated with our new Sonata N-line Night edition and would highly recommend using this dealer. Ask for Doc to be in the nest of hands!
