        This dealership is extremely unprofessional . My wife took our 2017 Explorer for a recall on the tow link. The owner walked through and seen a drop cord not taped down and said to one of his employees to tape it down before she(my wife) sues over falling!(presumptions) And another thing 8 day's prior I had a front and rear end alignment the shop manager said the steering wheel was not straight so we asked him if they reallinged the rear wheels and we were told yes needless to say that was a flat out lie. I had to have my tires realigned and ford refused to accept the responsibility for there actions that led to knocking our car out of alignment so I had to pay for another allighnment
