We had a water heater leak which traveled to bedroom carpet. Carpet was dry vac and room aired out. Advantaclean came out to do a visual and if needed a air quality test, but was determined at the present time that all looks good, and just to keep a eye on it. Was very prompt"on Time". They were very professional - start to finish. The estimate was thorough and the work was completed with no surprise additional costs. The house is pretty old and had been a rental prior to our purchase. It was neglected for at least a decade as a result. Various plumbing leaks and extreme humidity in the crawl-space had caused mold infestation. The AdvantaClean team cleaned up the crawl-space, killed and removed the mold, and installed a pretty serious looking dehumidifier. Service: Water damage-related mold removal

It was a pleasure dealing with Advantaclean when we needed some work done on our crawl space. They were timely, professional and thorough. Staff was extra careful accessing our backyard with our dogs outside which we appreciated. Great job - highly recommended.
