Mark and Judy are a perfect team to work with. My wife and I had very different ideas about the home we wanted, and Mark would take me around to check out the HVAC, garage, ie... man stuff!
Judy talked with my wife to understand what her needs were in her perfect home. Together they spent 4 months showing us properties, being very patient. We finally narrowed our search down to 2 properties. There was a $60k difference in the price. They sat with us and went over the pros and cons of both and we made the best choice with their help. After the contracts were signed referring us to a title company, Mortgage lenders and all utilities we needed, we felt more like family with them than clients. We will be recommending them to everyone we know!

I found the home listing online and was an out of state buyer. The moment I spoke with them, I knew I'd be in good hands. They did an extensive video walk thru with me so that I didn't have to spend precious dollars to fly out. With a few setbacks on my end, closing went smoothly and very few surprises when I arrived. I've been working with Mark and Judy Reitz since the beginning of the summer (2022) and they assisted me for months on my search for my forever home. They provided us a comprehensive list of houses as we started to look for houses, which made searching much easier for us.
