I would like to say these are the best people to do business with. I have had some hiccups now and then and they are willing to help me in any way possible. I have been renting from them for 3 years now and I just cant see going anywhere else. Thank you Diane and Robin for your patience and understanding!

I am a person that will go as far out of their way as possible to avoid confrontation. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. Over the course of a year, Diane Anderson's actions (more accurately inability to act) tested my patience enough to have to confront her on 3 separate occasions. When you can actually get a hold of her, she is always ready with an excuse for herself and is never willing to extend an apology. If you decide to go into business with Southeast Property Management, be prepared to be a vigorous advocate for yourself or your needs will not be addressed.
