        Lowes as a company needs to do better. I always call to confirm inventory as listed inventory is so regularly wrong. Today my call was meant by a pleasant customer service agent(no complaints about her) we had to speak multiple times due to the department I was transferred to not picking up. Then I spoke with a manager who without their willingness to go confirm product availability I would have found that they had half of the quantity of product listed in inventory. This process took almost 20 minutes which is half the time it takes to drive. I want to add that the only reason more product is needed is because a 1/3 of the original product purchased is unusable material for the application it is sold for. I didnt choose it but it is what it is. Lack of quality control. Lack of inventory management. Lack of proper staffing.
