Subway

Absolutely horrible Id give this place 0 stars if I could .. my meatball sub was absolutely disgusting! Cheese wasnt melted all the way and meatballs were still cold in the middle. I also got a dozen cookies that have probably been sitting for DAYS who knows they were the hardest cookies I have ever gotten, I called to get fresh cookies and she said ok I went there 10 minutes later to find they were closed due to short staff. Which is fine I understand but dont tell me ok to come by only to find out youre closed. Wasted my time money and gas at this horrible place. Ive checked to get my cookies remade every day now theyve been closed for 4-5 days while there website says open. Very misleading.

Soo yet again i try to catch this place open and there closed.... Tho says there open to 8p.m its 6:15 p.m now and its already closed.... The last few times i tried got here a few after 7 to see there closed.....soo when is this place actually open it seems like they close earlier and earlier...

I was just lied to and given the worst excuse ever. a Subway sandwich shop that's attached to a Marathon gas station in Airy, North Carolina... It's 72 out. literally one person getting a sandwich and I walked in and she told me they need to close because the food was wilting because their air conditioner was broken. First of all, I worked at Subway for 6 years. The cold food is inside a cold bane. They can literally turn the temperature down so cold that it ices over. Secondly, even with the door open, it was rather cool inside the store. Now I can understand if they did not want to cook any bread because of the heat. But she didn't say they didn't have any bread, but I wanted a wrap anyway. If you want to close early, just close early. There's no reason to have all the excuses and lie. I'm sure corporate would love to know that your food is "wilting" in 72 ambient temperature with the cold bane on.
