They moved the mobile order shelf to behind the counter, so now we cant pick it up on our own. I watched a Black lady with braids take my order to the shelf and I tried to get her attention the entire time she walked over there. She placed the order on the shelf and walked away. I had to interrupt a cashier who was busy with people in his line to hand me my order. If youre not gonna pay attention, MOVE THE SHELF BACK SO WE CAN GET OUR OWN FOOD!!!! I said maam about 20 times, she didnt hear any of them.

Stopped in for lunch a couple days ago. Had 25 minutes before I had to meet boss at job site (2 minutes away). Order placed at 11:56 (on receipt from order machine). There was about 5 people in front of me. Walked out at 12:15. If they worked on orders in the order they were placed, there was still 2 orders ahead of mine coming out. There appeared to be 2 people working on orders. If they did them one at a time, it took them 4 minutes to make an order that was 2 hot dogs. Basically paid $14 for a fountain drink. Had to walk out without food and no time to even try to argue for a refund. It was leave or get fired.

Overall the store is fine, but they did mess up my sandwich order today.

I love this sheetz. The man behind the food counter was working by himself. (He had glasses) That man deserves a raise. He made everything to perfection while being swamped. Literal perfect service.
