My experience was great at this Sheetz. We are from Virginia, near DC, we had an appointment at Duke medical center and we drove up and slept in the car. I had to drive to this place several times to use my nebulizer because I was having an asthma attack and my rescue inhaler had run out. The manager,(I assume she was, cause she was working HARD and the one who answered us) was so nice, she let me do my breathing treatment and use the bathroom etc. and she told me she hoped I felt better. So sweet. This was over night 03/25/24. Wish I had got her name. So nice and worked so hard.

My encounter with the girl sporting purple hair and tattoos was quite off-putting. It seemed evident from the moment I walked into the interview that the show had no intention of hiring anyone for the role.

Went into this store to order a $16 meal, and got the sandwich back as hard as a rock. I waited on this sandwich too long, and was running out of time on my lunch break, and just wanted a refund. The store manager came out, and made a big deal out of it, like I was trying to cause a scene. She told me to step to the end of the line. I was mortified, and embarrassed by all of this. I walked out without my food, or refund, because I couldnt be late for work. Ill never frequent another Sheetz for anything ever again. If that is what you call a manager, Im done with it. And, you owe me $16.

On multiple occasions, sketchy people inside making a fuss about something and people asking me for money. Not necessarily the establishment's fault, but I'm just trying to get gas and a coffee.
Drink stations are nasty, supplies are all over the place, have observed employees handling food without gloves.
Recently (the past week or so), it has smelled absolutely AWFUL inside, like a toilet has overflowed or something. I won't be back and suggest the same for others.
