        Picked up arrangement that I was told was just made, there was a crack in the vase and the flowers died with in a day and when called back left message three times and was never called back

        Delivery was a day too late. Excuse given was "Delivery boy couldn't find the address". I asked why they didn't call me to ask? They said, "Well, he's just a delivery boy". Sorry guys, for a $12 delivery fee in the floral business, you can't make this kind of mistake. If Domino's can find any address with their guys for almost no fee, you can find a public, retail establishment that's in every GPS program written.

        Ordered several bouquets for our wedding centerpieces. The delivered flowers came in a day late, leaving no time to fix the fact that they also delivered the wrong flowers (looked more like something for a kids party, not what we ordered). Terrible service and they would not work with us to refund! Avoid at all costs.
