DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!! My husband called from overseas to buy flowers for my birthday. He was charged over 200 dollars for an order that maximum would be 100 dollars. He was charged 50.00 for a box of chocolate thats being sold for 8.99 at target. And 25 dollars for a 5in cheap teddy bear that would be worth no more than 5.00. The bouquet itself is not worth more than 90.00. These people are frauds and crooks who are trying to swindle money out of peoples moments of joy. On top of the over priced charges, the order was placed for 10:00 am and didnt reach my house until 7:00 pm. The driver did mention they wouldnt be charging delivery for the lateness, but at that point what good is it doing when Im still being charged over 200.00 for an order thats clearly not worth that costShame on them! I will be filing a formal complaint against this business and warn any other consumers to watch out and take your money somewhere else where they will be charged fairly and handled with respect.

I'm happy with them, today is Tuesday, I got these Sunday (mother's day). Other than a few leaves the roses and flowers are looking fresh and pretty.

Customer service is bad. Their driver made a mistake and they would not own up to it and only after I pressed the issue did they do something about it. Turns out they canceled the order and I'm not getting my product that I rightfully paid for. For this to happen on a day like Valentines day is very sad! Do better please! More info: To much dismay, I never cursed anybody out. You antagonized me and my s/o making demands when you guys were in the wrong. What kind of business, big or small, blames their customers. What a joke. Get a grip and take responsibility. You refunded only after I made multiple attempts to fix the issue, but you wouldn't even work with us. We just wanted the flower and car delivered, but I guess that's too hard for your "small business." I was calm and collective over the phone, but you were rushing me and trying to do your things, and not take care of the problem at hand. Only after I pressed you about it after the 3rd time did you say we will just deliver it tomorrow. Later that night yall just decided to refund us half the product when in all we just wanted what we paid for. But tell your petty story. please enlighten us on how you made a mistake and blamed your customer still. Pressing my s/o when she just wanted her flowers. Also, not only that, but you did screw up the other person's order, so hopefully, they got their hard earned money back from you guys. Stay greedy! Have a great day!
