University Dental Associates Weston

I just recently changed dentist offices because I had heard good things about university dental. When I arrived for my appointment the front staff was not the greatest start to my experience and so i became more anxious, but I am SO glad I waited to be seen. The dental assistant Jen welcomed me back with a warm smile and walked me through everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable off the bat. The hygienist was wonder and the dentist as well. I truly felt my needs were met. As long as the staff in the back doesnt change I will be a regular!!!!

These guys gave me surprise bill for two times, even after double checking with reception to call my insurance before doing a procedure, and they dont own their mistake! I will unsubscribe them for sure!!

Staff is nice, but waited over 40 minutes just for them to call everyone in the waiting room that had been there for 5-10 minutes max. Come here to waste your time!

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become less nervous and go for regular check ups. Delana (hygienist) and her assistant Jen were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I can definitely tell this office has my best interest in mind!

Horrible payment manipulation, you are quoted with a price before work completes, and hit with additional charges after, when you no longer have a choice. NOT ONE EMAIL about what potentially ended up in collections and i wasn't aware of this at all. But more importantly i wasn't aware UPFRONT that this would be the cost of the work performed. I was giving FALSE cost estimate. After speaking with the front office i was told there is nothing they can do to settle this and remove it from collections. I have been coming here for years and when it comes to appointments i get 1000 calls but no one could take their time to actually email me or call to inform me. I will be reporting this. UPDATE: 10/31/23 HORRIBLE !!! the finally got the payment from my insurance that needed to be reimbursed and i only found out because i called the insurance myself. Check cashed for a month and no word from them to send it back to me. Terrible BILLING practice, luck of communication on the issue, excuses after excuses, now my phone number is no longer in service - that is their excuse for not contacting me, i had the same number for 20 years and still get their appointment text. I am going to write a long letter and have this practice reported. That's the bottom line. Also never apologies for their mistakes. UPDATE: 11/8/23 NO CHECK has yet been received for reimbursement.
