Ideal Dental Morrisville

The hygienist and dentist were both incredibly thorough in their explanations of what they were doing and what needed to be done. The front desk staff is also very thorough in explaining costs and insurance and appeasing hectic schedules. And all staff are remarkably friendly and polite! The dentist office can sometimes be a stressful experience but everyone at this location is exceptionally patient and kind.

The new year has come, I came to find my dentist and his team left this location. I didn't get a warning, notice nothing. I'm very disappointed. The staff is very kind and so is dentist. One thing i don't like is coming early and waiting. My time is just as important, so we will see- how this continues or if I need to consider a new dentist, very upset I lost my previous staff/dentist- feels like an unanswered breakup lol

The dentist was extremely aggressive with my teeth. Made no effort to not hit my gums. I would express that it would hurt. She did not improve. She kept telling me to open wider but I had told her I have TMJ and my jaw locks and she became frustrated. Told me I gave gingivitis because my gums bled. I KNOW it is because of how rough she was with my mouth. If I decide to go back I will request a different dentist. The hygienist was super sweet!
