    The Society Maintenance is next to none. The car wash seems to be out of service for well over 3-4 months with no update on it on when it will be fixed if at all. The electrical appliances is dated and really old and keep having issues every few months. There are roaches . Maintenance requests are closed without attending to them . This is used to be good community . Not anymore.

    I moved here during COVID shutdowns and the staff has been very helpful during the transition of not being able to visit the complex to view apartments or sign move in paperwork. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure my move during COVID was smooth; and it was! -con: kids of all ages are always playing or riding bikes in the parking lot everyday! And unsupervised. Ps Nancy is still awesome!!

    Used to be good but recently maintenance is really bad. I used to like this community but disappointed now and hearing the same from friends here! After my Dishwater issue last year which finally got fixed, here is the next issue - water leaking from ceiling and floor flooded. I really wish maintenance would be proactive than reactive. Good part - most of front desk staff are very sweet and kind. Only the apartment is worn out. Update 3/10/24: Water leaking from ceiling since 3/5. Opened ceiling on 3/7- 3/8 after complaining again, since leak stopped temporarily and started. Floor flooded multiple times, cleaned but still flooded again due to dripping. Requested for shifting to another apartment and was told same could happen there (many apartments seem to have this issue so they were right)! Requested for early lease closure and refused till now. 3/17: Ceiling patched up but floor is still flooded! Almost two weeks now and the only change is - I stopped wearing socks and started walking on water directly to avoid getting sick again. There was even a joke today that with all the water from floor and the fans running - we could directly grow water lily from the floor and it would thrive!!! As of 3/25: Flooring people to come and rip out floor and replace on 3/26. No alternate accommodation provided. Additionally they did not check closet and bedroom carpet for leaks and today I found it out myself! Im becoming super efficient and thanks to Marquis for making me the expert! 3/27: Finally cause of leak found or so I thought. Ruben was kind enough to come and check late last night and today changed the heater. Thanks! 4/1: Noticed water leak again on 3/30. They have not found the real issue still! 4 weeks now and back to square one 4/8: Finally fixed the dry wall and removed the huge fan that has been running for a whole month!!! 4/9: Probably they damaged the water pipe during the dry wall process and seeing water on the floor again :( totally disappointed

    Worst customer service. Went there to enquire about the apartment and the guy at the leasing office was very rude. The first sentence he started with has arrogance written all over it. My interaction hardly lasted 3-4 mins and during the entire conversation, he was rude even though there was no provocation at all from side. He was cutting me off every time I talked, and talked with a lot of arrogance. If a prospective renter had this experience, can imagine how he might be behaving with the residents. Not going there at all in my life.
