Ive been at the Bristol Lofts & Apartment Homes going on 8yrs now! There have been many changes in staffing, training, growing pains all in all the tenant family as were called remains the #1 choice! Location, Location, Location this property has it all! Very pleased with the outgoing, very knowledgeable Leasing Agents, Property Manager. The newly remodeled state-of-the-art Gym, Leasing Office, Business Office, and Entertainment Area is modern and spacious. The pool, deck area, and landscaping well maintained - lush in the summer/fall season. Professional Maintenance crew does a great job with requests, timely and efficient. Within a 20 minute drive one can arrive in North Raleigh, Durham/Chapel Hill, Fuquay- Holly Springs area's. Enjoying the stellar shopping, restaurants and night life. Love my home!! Amenities; Target, Firebirds, Trader Joes, Bad Daddys, Ruckus, Sheetz, Home Goods, New Movie Theater, Full Moon and so many more shops are awesome and convenient to meet every need. Friendly neighbors, pets and families make this property a no brainer! Come visit the property for a Tour with the friendly Staff.

I love living here @ The Bristol ! The new clubhouse is beautiful & the renovated gym Tracey & the staff members are awesome they always are on top of what needs to be done! I have nothing but great things to say !

GREAT COMMUNITY! I've really been enjoying the new clubhouse and gym. The free coffee is nice too! The people who work here are always friendly and the maintenance is top notch. I love the location. You can walk to almost everything. Oh- and they are pet friendly! They give my dog treats when we go into the office!
