With the use of an easy web portal for document and record storage, everything may be done via email. May guided me through the entire process, answering all of my questions (by email because it was the most convenient for me) and letting me know which tax documents I needed to provide. She filed the returns for me and obtained a sizable refund for a perfectly reasonable price of $150. In addition, I sought some financial guidance regarding stocks and the tax consequences of selling or holding them. She planned a date for us to meet in person and was quite helpful in providing guidance and information regarding my particular queries. Although I paid her individually for her consulting services, the fee was fair for peace of mind.

Most accountants I spoke with wanted me to blindly trust them, and Ignacio took his time to explain why and how everything should be done. The fact that he took his time to educate me and provide advice sold me. Ignacio was very personable and professional, and I will also use him for his other services.
