Nice people, but the therapy sucked, medication management was ok but still didnt help, Ive moved on to somewhere else

Imagine reaching out for help after 30 years of crippling depression and anxiety. Not being contacted for months on end and by months on end, from June 2023 to now March 2024. No returned calls about therapy during that time and no returned calls about medication checks. No idea how this mental health thing is supposed to work. Reaching out again only to be in contact with *TINA* who thinks youre obviously dumb. Talks to you in a condescending way. Doesnt let you speak without yelling over you. Obviously shes having a bad day. Imagine explaining to her that the office was supposed to reach out about med checks and therapy and Ive had no return calls. Telling me its my job to do so when it was communicated to me that they would reach out. Also still no return calls. Okay so here I am communicating just to get spoken to like Im stupid. Hung up on and phone unplugged. I explained about the medicine I was PUT ON BY THIS OFFICE, being out and her response was that its not her problem. It is In fact not your problem, but it is your job to get it straight when a patient contacts you about it. You have put me in bad position. 3 days no cymbalta and I can barely stand up from being so lightheaded and loopy. I work 7 days a week and have children to take care of. Everything is an excuse about how they are short staffed. Just because I need help doesnt mean Im ignorant or less than. I run a business as well. Its hard to keep good employees when you hire a few with bad attitudes like *TINA*. Tina should be ashamed of herself being in this field with that type of attitude. You really could be the connect between wether someone makes it another day and instead you choose to be a terrible human being. I will never take medicine again once this cymbalta is out of my system. This office is not dependable. Playing with peoples mental at a mental health facility is whole other level of crazy.
