Unprofessional staff. The program beach house is a drama house. The drama stems from an almost 30 year old woman named Elena who has the mind of a 10 year old. I’ve had endless rumors spread about me by her and staff has done nothing but baby her like the child she is. That’s what they’re good for. They baby people like her to insure she’ll come back, knowing she comes every day. She’s their paycheck. You will never grow or learn anything from this program. You’ll just stay. That’s it. The only thing good about Lechris is the therapist and peer support. Very nice supportive people.

Chose to try therapy with my girlfriend as an attempt to help our relationship so we could live a better life. Covid and life caused us to have a break in our sessions. When we tried to make another appointment we found out that our "counselor" would have to be a different person because she didn't want to deal with our issues. Isn't that what the job is? It's hard enough to share your personal secrets with someone but to have them bail on you just hurts.

I have had issues all my life. The Dr and team at Le Chris counseling have been supportive and helped me tremendously . They absolutely care and are quick to respond to my individual needs. AWESOME TEAM !

After qualifying as a state funded patient, I received a bill from mako laboratories, a $500 bill for two drug tests that I am responsible for, that I had to take to even see the dr.. This doesn’t make any sense. Why am I being billed and not the facility where I was receiving care (if I can even call it care). The office didn’t give me a clear answer. They said I didn’t have to pay it, it would just disappear at the end of the year. That didn’t sound correct and since I can’t trust this clinic, I called the laboratories myself, who then contacted the clinic. Now I am in fact responsible for this bill. If you are a state funded client and you are made to take drug tests to see the dr. You might want to consider my experience for your the sake of your credit. You may just want to consider a different facility in general if you are at all concerned about your wellness and your time.
