My partner and I closed on a house in early January with the help of Jason and April. I decided to take a few days to write this because I wanted to use the right words. Finally settled on one: they are unbelievable. It's hard to believe people like them still exist. I will be the first to admit I am a hard person to work with- I'm the typical anxious millenial and needed to stew over every single possible negative outcome before moving forward. I want to read every bullet point of the contract and know what it means (even if it doesn't matter). We had to close in less than 30 days with a Conventional loan. The day before the closing we weren't sure if funds would clear. Needless to say, I was a nervous mess throughout. Had it not been for Jason and April, I don't think we would have this house (that we fell in love with). I can recommend them to the ends of the Earth and back. Honestly, I felt like, if needed, April would ride into battle with an axe to get us this house- she looks sweet but that lady is fierce! They worked with our crazy timeline, increasing nerves, and every silly request. Jason actually crawled on the dirt with a really fancy-looking trench coat to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with a crawlspace. I know a lot of people give realtors a lot of flack, "what do we even need them for" and etc., but I can honestly say these two went above, beyond, to infinity, and back for us. When it looked like we wouldn't make our move date, they offered to come and help us move boxes. WHO DOES THAT? Unbelievable, I tell you. Thank you both for everything, from the bottom of our hearts!

Jason and April were better than we could have ever asked for. They went above and beyond giving us excellent advice the whole way through. They were so comfortable to work with and made sure we landed with a dream home. Together they truly put the work in and deserve more than 5 stars if that was even possible. Very highly recommend them and we will definitely work with them in the future!

Excellent Realtor!!!! Lisa and her Mooresville Realty team were exceptional in finding our home. Incredibly knowledgeable with her years of experience and expertise. She assured us throughout the whole process and helped us think through strategies of home purchasing. Will certainly be returning to her for future investment & home properties!
