As out of state clients searching for our dream home on Lake Norman, Kristi has been extremely valuable to us. She knows the lake well having grown up on Lake Norman. Buying on Lake Norman can be tricky with easements, septic systems, and lake, county, and town rules. Kristi knows these details in and out and can help you sort through the complications. Is there room for a pool, is there room to add a third bay to the garage, could you make the dock bigger, etc. These are not simple questions on Lake Norman. She has the contacts and relationships with people around Lake Norman that can help sort out these questions. I had a wonderful experience with Natalie at Titan finding and purchasing a home. Natalie was always available to answer questions and made finding the right house easy.
