Sue is incredible!! The best agent we have ever worked with in 30 years of buying and selling homes. Shes a great communicator and never leaves you wondering whats going on. Information on the next steps and updates flow constantly. Her knowledge of real estate, Lake Norman, procedures, and attention to detail are amazing. Shes always working multiple steps ahead and anticipates adjustments early enough that we never felt rushed. She also has a work ethic that is second to none. When asked to investigate a house or provide information it happened right away which in todays fast paced market is paramount. I felt like we always were in the game if we wanted to be and never worried about being too late. Finally, Sue is a warm and caring person that can make the win-win happen. Shes a professional and will work with you to buy or sell a home, but she truly cares about her customers happiness and would never compromise it just to complete a sale. I consider it to be an honor to right this review and cannot recommend her enough.

From the very first conversation we had with Sue she was professional, insightful, helpful and interested in what our needs were. She helped us arrange everything with the selling of our home - professional pictures, determining a list price, how to stage the home to receive the best price, etc. Once the home was listed, we had an offer and contract in less than 8 hours!! Sue answered every question we had during the due diligence period and made sure we had everything in place as we moved toward the closing. Our closing went off without a hitch because Sue had us prepared ahead of time so there were no surprises! Thanks so much!

Tim is the BEST! If you have real estate needs, we highly recommend him! Tim takes time to know your family's needs and works diligently to find you the perfect home. He spent a whole day just showing us around the area so we could get a feel for where we'd like to live. He worked quickly to help us get our home under contract in a crazy market. He answered all of our questions he managed the details of the process, so we could relax and enjoy coming to a new place. It was joy to work with him!
