Carmyn is an amazing real estate agent that we can't recommend highly enough. She was helping us with searching for and buying a property in a different state than we currently live in and she was incredible throughout the whole process - very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely helpful, not to mention really pleasant to talk to. We were told Carmyn made such an impression on the seller's agent that it played a part in our offer being accepted in the first place. So thanks to her we are now happy owners of the property we fell in love with, which is quite an accomplishment in this tough market.

Carmyn was incredible for my fianc and I. We were first time homebuyers, and had a rough experience during the first house we tried to buy. Our friend then recommended Carmyn to us, and she made the whole experience a million times easier. She helped us quickly find a perfect house in our budget, talked us through the offer process, and constantly kept us in the loop. She never made us feel pressured to buy when looking at homes, which was a big deal for us. When issues arose, she handled them swiftly and confidently, and kept us feeling like everything was going to be okay. She was the perfect liaison between us, the seller, our lender, and any other business we associated with during this process. I could not recommend her enough to anyone out there looking to buy (or sell) a home!
