        I had been a customer for 15+ years with 4 cars serviced. Sad to say I was getting suspicious and not a good feeling about work being done for the last 3 years. Switched to new mechanic about a year ago and what do you know, most of the big parts needing replacement are ones replaced by Bowles 2-3 years ago. Makes me wonder if they were ever replaced to begin withtiming belt, oil cooler assembly, AC condenser and recharge. Big items all needing to be redone in less than 3 years. Warranty of 12 months/12,000 miles, covers any their butt. Happy to say our new place offers warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles, which speaks for itself. Sad to see the business fall into a rhythm of deception and making a quick buck.

        Great costumer service. They were upfront and honest about what I asked them to do and informed me of a couple of maintenance items that I wasnt aware of. They were very fairly priced and I went ahead and had them take care of everything. They will be getting all of my car maintenance and repair business moving forward. I highly recommend this shop!

Although our standard warranty of 12-months/12,000 miles has always been our base warranty, various parts have longer warranty times that may even cover them for their lifetime. I completely understand your concerns with questioning your past experiences from what you have been told by your new mechanic. If you have any specific concerns regarding a part installed by our shop that is failing, please do not hesitate to call. It may be something we can help you with, at no cost to you. Our reputations professionally and personally within our community mean more to us than the profit.
