The Mrs. took our Soul on 15 May for a recall software upgrade, and wound up with an oil change for $62 and a rotation for another $30 on the bill. $62 for an oil change? Anywhere else, that's TWO oil changes, three at Walmart. They said they would try to find a coupon for her, said they couldn't find one, meanwhile I'm looking at one on their Google listing.
Apparently, we've fallen in with thieves.

On February 21st, 2023, I took my vehicle to Keffer Kia as my vehicle was not driving properly. I spent $247.37 for the diagnosis which was that a catalytic converter needed to be replaced.
The cost to replace the catalytic converter totaled to more than $3000. I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to a mechanic shop called Christian Brothers Automotive to have the catalytic converter replaced, however, when the mechanics tested it, they determined that the catalytic converter did not need to be replaced. Instead, it was the fuel pump to be replaced. Had I not gotten a second opinion, I would have unnecessarily spent $3000 for a problem that did not exist.
After I write this review, I'll continue my formal complaint against them. Absolutely no customer service or manners here. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way when they know they did a horrible job.
