The receptionist was rude, interruptive, and talked wayyy too much. I asked one simple question and she spent 10 minutes telling me stuff I already knew. Everytime you try to respond, she talks loudly over you. I ended up just hanging up on her. The next firm I called was super kind and the receptionist actually knew what she was doing. Dont waste your time calling this firm until they get a new receptionist. Wish I would have noticed all the negative reviews already posted about her.

5 stars is the least of expressing our thoughts of his service. If I could give 10 stars I would. He always kept us informed of everything. Quick to respond to many questions. It was a difficult case and could have gone very badly. He was able to win my son case for which we are very grateful. Thank you Mr Willis.

So glad I had the good fortune to choose William Willis IV to handle my traffic issue. He told me what would happen and it did. Hopefully I won't have a need for an attorney in the near future, but if I do, I will most definitely contact his firm again!
