There is customer service, and then there is Matt Moore customer service. Not only did he help us with saving money, he was able to help us close on our new home by using funds from our old home all within the same afternoon, even though both homes didnt close at the same law firm. In addition, when the deed was in jeopardy of not being recorded in time due to a county system outage - Matt jumped in his vehicle and hand delivered it to the Register of Deeds to make sure it was recorded that day. If you want a law firm that cares about its clients best interests, then look no further than RBBM, and look no further than Matt Moore.

Matt is as nice as they come. Very Professional and easy to work with. He took care of all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Follow up and communication was quick and direct. Will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Matthew Moore is a Guardian ad Litem for my mother who is mentally and physically disabled he has not been doing his job to protect or check in on her when just trying to speak with in a nice calm manner he quickly wanted to defend his so called reputation and thought we was in the courtroom I guess but he is very unprofessional and lazy when it comes to his client he does not know nothing about my mother, he has not contacted me I had to reach out twice just for a call back which was not a call more of an argument that he wanted to start with me a pregnant woman he is incapable of doing his job and I can not believe this man is even practicing law. Since he is a partner of this firm he is not representing himself or the practice very well. I dont know who gave him a law degree , but pray that you dont have this prick representing you!
