We have been homeless for the past 4 months. I got out of the hospital in April 2023 from almost dying only to get a notification from the Realty company we had rented our house from for 4 years stating our lease would not be renewed. We've stayed with family, multiple hotels, and slept in tents and truck stops since June 1st, 2023. It's been rough. I lost 1 months income that put us in a financial bind. It's taken us 4 months to get ourselves back on our feet . We really needed something that would not cost us $4,000.00 to move in . We have a family of 3 kids and it's been really hard. But we knew God would provide. I've read many reviews and I wanted to share my thoughts. I agree the $75 non refundable application fee is steep for a family of our size in this recession. But I am grateful for this apartment. We have a roof over our head and it is much better than being homeless. We've worked with Kayla Brown. She has been fantastic. We've not been here long but we pray that the future will be good here. I noticed no playground for the kids and they are all out in the road walking from one place to another leaving items in the road and you have to watch out for them because no parents are outside with them. They really need somewhere to go out of the road to play safely. Safety is very important for our kids. I will not allow my kids to play in the road and parking lots. Prices are very high no matter where you go in Rock Hill right now. It's definitely hard for families. Rent here is $300 more for a 1200 square foot apartment than our previous 3,740 square foot home with 5.48 acres. I miss our old home but God has turned this situation in to a blessing in disguise because it could be worse and we have no home sleeping in worse circumstances. Rock Hill's community resources are full and no availability for anyone. No one would help us because we made too much money. But we had bills to pay and still be expected to provide our everyday needs and save in this economy has been a nightmare. Many will not allow men and my son in because he is 10 years old. Life is so hard but we are grateful. But God!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! He is always on time and He will always provide. Thank you Jesus!!! Thanks for helping us get a place to stay and call home that did not cost us a lot of money to move in. May God bless you all. Especially Kayla for everything she has done in assisting us in our transition.

I Thought this was a cozy quiet comfortable residency and was sure to make this home for me and my family. Boy was i FOOLED.The fact that the trash pile up greets you upon entering the complex, NO Amenities as described on website, laundry area always DIRTY WITH BARLEY ANY LIGHTING. THEY HAVE MOVED PEOPLE IN WHO HAVE PETS WONT CLEAN AFTER, KIDS Unattended damaging everything. Mold and dust growning. I HAVE DECIDED IT IS DEFINITELY TIME TO Go!!!

Robert is the worst thing to happen to this place. His customer service is horrible. He acts like he doesnt want to be at work and like the residents are an inconvenience. Kayla needs to run the office, she has a much better attitude and is always a delight to talk to

The worst place I have ever lived. Horrible customer service. Was out of A/C for MONTHS with temperatures above 80 outside which is supposed to be considered an emergency but no one cared. They cared more about renovating their office they dont even use, in addition to painting the building blue knowing the apartment we are staying in needs a new unit, in addition to others. Not to mention the growing pot holes at the entrance that are becoming near impossible to miss. Instead they keep band-aiding the problem and ignoring residents. UPDATE//* 8 months later, new management, and somehow it is worse than before. They take 3 hour lunches. Never answer the phone. Never answer emails. Raised the rent because they changed the color of the building. There is no playground. There is no pool. There is barely a gym because it gets vandalized so often. It is out of date. They are rude and entitled. They respond that they care and to reach out, but dont answer when you reach out! I do NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.
