Wells Fargo Bank

I just wanted to share my experience at this Wells Fargo location because it made my whole morning. I was having an issue with my phone at the atm so went inside and was greeted by Ms Norman and she was the sweetest most helpful person and helped me deposit some cash into my savings. Her vibes and kindness were amazing! Would 10/10 recommend this location for your banking needs

White lady, I think the manager, was extremely disrespectful and rude when I asked for a check that I was going to void (as my employer requested one). She accused me and my family of wanting to get involved in fraudulent activity and rejected to provide us with a temporary check. We have never been treated this way before at a Wells Fargo. She had a horrible tone and attitude and talked to me as if I was dumb. I wish I had gotten her name. The other workers were nice and trying to help.

I live in West Burlington and first tried that branch but the people were rude and didn't show much interest in helping. I took a chance and stopped at the Mebane location because I happened to be going that way. It was the complete opposite. Every person was happy and helpful. I had to go there twice for some moderately challenging financial issues. Both times I worked with Jonathan and he was great. Extremely professional and courteous. You can tell the team is well trained and enjoy what they do. I will happily make the longer drive moving forward to this location for my financial needs.
