        I am not a resident, this review is based on my experience thus far. I think I have read reviews from just about every site. Alot of the complaints were about the staff not answering the phone. I put my application in on a Friday and called Monday morning and the nicest woman answered the phone. She was thorough very friendly and she let me know she didn't have the answer to my question but she would call back. Fast forward to today, I decided to follow up via email and I got an almost immediate response. The property manager Carlota is amazing! It's so hard to find great customer service , I really appreciate the staff at Deerfield for setting the bar high. Thank you again!

        Me and my applied 3 times which is 300 total for application fee. Not once they called or emailed about status of our application. Go to the office no one is never in there. Try to call no one answers the phone. I look at the reviews and they spoken so highly of but me and my wife haven't gotten anything like that to speak good of them.
