Discount Tire

In March 2024 my wife & I bought a 4Runner from Toyota. 2 weeks later I get a flat from a bolt. The Toyota dealership repaired it for $35. Not bad considering. In casual conversation I shared this with a friend. My friend had recently got the same type flat tire on one of his truck tires. He came to this Discount Tire. Cost to him.....$0. And he didn't even buy his tires from Discount Tire. WHERE DO YOU THINK I'LL BUY TIRES WHEN I NEED THEM? I'm not a rocket surgeon, but the answer is obvious. DISCOUNT TIRE will definitely get my business. Thank you Discount Tire for helping my friend. My friend is not into posting a review, so I thought I should do so. I'd recommend.

I will only deal with Discount Tire.They are helpful and professional. Few years back my son needed a tire fixed asap as it was loosing air as he drove. Big O was the closest and they refused to try to work him in knowing he couldnt go too much further on the tire. Luckily, we called Discount tire and they said come on in, you may have to wait a bit which was understandable since we didnt have an appointment. With a short wait, they put his spare on since they didnt have the tire in stock, but by the next day they got the tire in. They called told us the tire was ready to be installed. We got there and within 5-10. minutes they installed it. Customer Service at this location and all the other locations I have gone to has always been outstanding.

Stopped by today, Sean greeted me before I even got to the counter, came outside to help me out and had me in and out. Great and honest service, will be back for future needs
