Prism Properties and Development

Buying a house can be stressful-very stressful. Were so thankful that our friend referred us to the highly competent staff at Prism Properties. At first we looked at several great rentals with Brian who was very patient and found several wonderful properties in our budget. After several conversations with Brian we opted to purchase a home instead. Michael was friendly and eager to get us into our dream home while keeping us in our price range. After detailed discussions and research, Michael found exactly what we were looking for. We dont ever plan to move, but if we do, we will be using Prism again!

The best! Prism managed my rental property and it was such an easy, stress free experience. They were thorough in helping us find the right tenants for our home and maintained regular inspections to make sure it was in the same condition we left it. Any time the tenant needed something repaired, Brian and his team were right on top of it to where I didnt even need to stress. It was a very positive experience and I will use them for any of my properties in the future.

We are renting our second home through PPD and we couldnt be happier Paul has been very helpful and informative throughout the process, and everyone in the office is always kind and accommodating!
