These people are horrible scammers and mail junkies. They harass people with mass unsolicited mailings and do not answer the phone or remove your address from their mailings when you request to do so via voice mail. I have forwarded this company to the BBB for investigation into fraud, harassment and un-wanted solicitation. If you want to waste your time call otherwise avoid this terrible company!! Avoid these broke non accredited investors at all costs!! (In response to sending the postcard back with RTS, I have done that 3 times!! and still receive them)

I’ve been a property investor in Chsrlotte, NC for 8 years. I have several rentals and have flipped many homes through the years. I recently purchased 2 properties from Quick Fix. It was my first time working with them and it went very smooth. I dealt mostly with Eddie who was very professional, honest and a pleasure to do business with. Eddie stated on top of everything the entire time. We closed on both properties in just a week and Eddie has continued to be in touch with me any time I have had any questions . He is hapoy to answer my questions and help with any concerns. Their closing coordinator Bonnie was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any emails and tried to move everything a long quickly. She also made sure I got everything I needed from the sellers. The properties I acquired are excellent purchases and i got them for well under market value. These guys provide us with great opportunities that are getting harder and harder to find. I would not hesitate to use Quick Fix again in the future and look forward to working with them again soon.
