The pharmacy members do not communicate with each other and it shows when dealing with the customer. I had an insurance change and had updated all of my family during a recent visit. When I went through the drive thru (which was abominably slow15+ minutes every time)the next day, there was no insurance listed for my child. That was completely against what the previous days pharmacy assistant had assured me. I was told to go inside and wait while they figure it out. Over 30 minutes later, they were able to finally get my insurance working and see me out the door. No apologies. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I had just switched to here for convenience and completely regret that decision. We will be shifting to a new pharmacy on the next round of prescriptions. Avoid this pharmacy if you can!

After reading the reviews for this location, Ill admit, I was skeptical, BUT two members of the pharmacy team greeted me with a warm smile promptly after I walked up to the consultation booth. Every employee was working hard, in a great mood, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Im sorry to see that many have had a poor experience here. Granted, this is my first time at this location, however, I would highly recommend to give this CVS a try before reading into the reviews.
Also-I NEVER leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my positive experience and hope it may stand out among the negative ones.
