        This Harris Teeter location off Chestnut Rd. has the best hands down customer service out of any other HT location Ive shopped! I had a major problem with a purchase and the manager, Steve, did all he could to provide calm, effective customer care (even when tensions were high mainly on my part)! I will be a forever loyal Harris Teeter customer now!

        The pharmacy at this location closes unreasonably early compared to all other Harris Teeter pharmacys. On top of that, they COMPLETELY close down their pharmacy in the middle of the day for lunch. Are the shortened hours already not enough?
