I had the pleasure of being employed here for a short time. They pretend to care, but I could sense the atmosphere was off at times. The experts who actually do the work within the office were fine for the most part, they were who made the experience pleasant. However, one morning I had to come in later after being allotted PTO/ sick time, and I even notified who I needed to (at least thats what I was told to do), but when I arrived to work I was sarcastically greeted by the agency owner, who came in my office, stating Im going to have to let you go as he stared at me with a certain look and uncomfortably hovered over me as I packed up my office. If taking time off wasnt acceptable, why was it provided? Its also not surprising that the day prior I actually spoke up for myself for ONCE, but we know how that usually goes working for certain personalities. Furthermore, I asked for a little privacy as it wouldnt take me long to gather my things, and he replied It doesnt work like that while presenting a very uninviting facial expression.
Well, Ive never experience being fired from any job prior to this, and I know its a right to work state, so he really didnt need a reason to terminate an employee.
Thankfully, Im wise enough to know you cant survive on one stream of income and prepared myself accordingly. As a single mother, being laid off before the holidays without any reasons given, shows why Ive preferred not to work under someone who micromanages everything and undermines you as if you know nothing, because theyre your superior. I must say that I learned a lot from this short amount of time, and Im grateful for the opportunity and lessons, but I will never choose to work for an individual like this again.

I have had a great experience since joining the Allstate family through the Andy Griffin agency. Ashlyn is always so helpful and she explains things to me and my wife very well. Whenever we have a problem she reaches out to us right away. And when we can't reach her, she calls us back as soon as she can which is usually before the end of the day. The other staff at the Andy Griffin agency has been very helpful to us as well. My family is very appreciative and grateful for the affordable prices.Thank you all!

All-State was able to save me $800 per yr on my home owners, same coverage as my previous carrier. They were prompt and courteous. All-State was also able to find full coverage for my spouse on his 75 yr old farm house. Highly recommend.
